Andrea (aka Annie) is one of the founder’s of Everyday Athletes. Annie takes pride in her work and makes an effort to stay current and relevant with her education. She is a practicing member of the BCAK and has a BSc Hkin in Applied Health and Exercise Science.
She has always been involved with sports from a young age and played soccer in the CIS throughout university and now you can find her on the beach volleyball courts in Kitsilano.
Annie has worked with a wide variety of clients with many different needs and abilities. Her fine attention to detail has helped many people with their body composition goals, sports and conditioning, pre/rehab and maintain a healthy lifestyle long term.
Her training philosophy is to “move with purpose,” which encourages the program to relate to and have a purpose for overall functioning of the human body with the result to reach and surpass individual goals.
