I graduated from UBC with my Bachelors of Kinesiology in 2021. I tailored my degree in a multidisciplinary approach to help me understand human movement and performance not only in sports, but in our everyday lives. I am also an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Strength & Conditioning.

I speak Spanish, Portuguese, and English fluently. Because of my multicultural upbringing, I enjoy connecting and supporting people from all different backgrounds and fitness levels.
